Terms of Service (TOS)
1. Order Process
- Please contact us via [social media/email/discord] to discuss character details.
- Once agreed, we will request a 50% Down Payment (DP) before starting work.
- Payments are made via [payment method, e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.].2. Work Process
- The completion time varies depending on complexity, typically 2-4 weeks for Chibi and 3-5 weeks for Normal L2D.
- We will provide regular progress updates.3. Revisions
- Minor revisions (small changes like color or small details) are free, up to 3 times.
- Major revisions (big changes like pose or redesign) will incur an additional 20% of the normal price.4. Copyright
- We retain the right to display the artwork in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients are allowed to use the artwork for commercial purposes after full payment.5. Cancellation
- If the client cancels the order after the DP is paid, the DP is non-refundable.
- If we cancel the order, the DP will be fully refunded.6. Other Policies
- We reserve the right to decline orders if we feel uncomfortable or unable to complete them.
- Please be patient and communicate kindly during the work process.
